Recipe for steamed tripe (like the ones at cantonese dim sum)?

You have to braise it they steam it to reheat it and finish it, I am a former chef and have seen it made and eat here in Canada, you could never get tripe tender in a steamer, I get it at my favourite dim sum places here in Toronto ON.
