Red Light Camera Photographic evidence?
The enhancement is purely to identify the car and clearly you are not denying it. And to be honest to have driven even 1.64 seconds over a red light is an offence. Personally I would always regard an amber light as stop and nothing else unless it changed to amber while I am crossing the line. You appear to have chanced your luck here and the inevitable happened. And unlike speed cameras, that we all hate with avengeance, a red light camera is there to prevent avoidable crashes at road junctions and should be commended. Far too many people cross on red and usually at a fair speed and with no thought for a possible victim to crash into. From what you say, if the only argument you have is that the car was poorly identified, or identified through 'questionable' means, then you have really have to put your hands up here. I don't see you denying anything here ..?
