We couldn't say. However, the atmosphere at this facility is unpleasant. If there is no contract, or if you can get out of one, try another facility. All this drama is not helping your peace of mind, nor your fitness goals. Since this is not a job where you are in a situation that won't let you quit for financial reasons, then, go elsewhere. Join a place with a more convivial attitude. Pent up anger and unresolved perceptions and unfulfilled expectations are no way to live and be healthy. If they won't let you out of a contract, bring out your anecdotal record, and speak the the owner. Or, hire an advocate. I have quit many gyms for various reasons with no trouble and no looking back. Your gym is more creepy than any I have attended.
