Girls only: Should I go to the emergency room?

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I started feeling dizzy and hot about 30 minutes ago so I went to lay down. Then I got up 20 minutes later to go to the bathroom and there was tons of blood but it was coming from my rectum, but my stomach is really hurting me. Plus I barely ate today. My doctor said it could just be hemmoroids but it could be worse, so its my call. Do you think I should go to the E.R.?
