Have you ever seen anything as disturbing as an execution of the death penalty ?

The true execution of the the death penalty is mild. The prisoner is sedated, then goes to sleep and never wakes up. Similar to putting a dog to sleep at a vets office. Have I ever seen anything more disturbing? Yes, the mutilated bodies left by the prisoner. They did not get a sedative, they did nothing wrong, they went through violent, painful, terrifying acts prior to their final brutal demise.
