I wanna start acting!!?

im 13 and i really really want to become a disney channel actress. i have been looking things up on the internet and they say you have to get an agent? how do i do that? i wanna be a new character on wizards of waverly place, hannah montana, or suite life on deck. thanks for the help!! :)
