6 week old crying alot...what is going on?

He could have a little bit of a bug. He may just not feel good and can't really do anything to tell you that, and not everyone gets a fever when they get sick so you might not be able to tell by that. Please don't let him get any shots at his visit tomorrow, if his body is already fighting something off they could make him very sick. It won't hurt anything to put them off until his next visit when he's acting like himself. Good luck!
