PSN account deletion...?

I want to delete my account on Playstation 3 network and set up a new one, because there are loads of automated bots adding me every half hour and its really annoying. I've searched through the Playstation website for a while and it's come to nothing, so if anyone ca provide any links to a page, many thanks.
