Please help,i need other opinions with my trans l results?

I had 2 positive pregnancy test,i am not sure about my last menstrual period,coz i was taking pills and missed it several times until i decided not to use it anymore last nov/dec i am sure my period didn't came last dec.It might be too early so the trans v can't see yet.but i am just worried.here's the result.Uterus:5.7x4.4x4.7 cm Anteverted.Abnormalities noted:The endometrium is thickened seemingly decidualized with GS like sructure measuring 0.6x0.5 cm to consider very early intrauterine pregnancy.Endometrium:Thick 1.5 cm hyperechoic cervix:2.8x1.9x2.3 cm nabothian cyst: none others:No free fluid in the cul de sac Diagnosis:Normal sized anteverted uterus w/thickened endometrium seemingly decidualized to consider very early intrauterine pregnancy vs pregnancy of unknown location.Normal both ovaries.Suggest repeat scan after 2 weeks or anytime if problem arises to rees pregnancy status.Thank you so much for your time on answering my questions.....
