Every Experimental glware must be rinsed with distilled water?

I wonder is it every glware (namely burette,pipette,beaker,conical flask & etc ) must be rinsed with distilled water? How about tap water? If the conical flask is rinsed, wouldn't the solution that will be filled in later be contaminated or it's concentration is affected?
