Do you think young black men give in and act hard & ghetto because thats what they're surrounded around?

If he is a follower he will turn out like that. If he is his own person and is happy with himself he won't change. When my brother and I moved, his behavior changed from good to worst. I think it was because he wanted to fit in. In the area we came from it was predominantly white so he was struggling with how to become more hard to fit in. Plus my dad was never good at teaching him things, so he basically learned from my cousins and his friends.
