Can u get BIG by just doing the weight lifting w/o using Nitric Oxide/Creatine/any muscle building supplement?

The only supplement I use is Whey protein and the only reason I use it is when I don't have time to prepare a big protein rich source of food. Other than that supplements are just that, "supplements". They aren't needed.

We had a mini italian greyhound and he was crazy very high energy, but you are a runner so it's fine- go with the greyhound in my opinion, im a groomer and unless you want to deal with a lot of brushing and maintenence i wouldnt get an american eskimo- a lot of them i have met also have a bit of an attitude lol- i love the idea of rescusing a greyhound who used to race- adopting is the ONLY way to go, you get the best, more humble and loving dogs that way. Should I go to the IB program, or is AP a better choice?

I'm an eighth grader, so I'm applying three high schools - one [ghetto] high school that offers IB, one fairly decent school my brother and cousin went to, and one which has good students and a great law program. My brother, who ended up with all 5s on his AP exams and valedictorian, said I would be better off with IB, and that colleges are impressed if you come out great from a crappy school anyway. I want to go to a GOOD school, though, since I tend to work better in a well-mannered environment. There doesn't seem to be too great a difference (the whole 'go to international colleges' doesn't really appeal to me, since ideal choices are Princeton, Yale, et cetera), so which one should I go to?

We have never had any problems with small breeds and collars. All you need is a light touch, and lots of praise.. Harness do not offer any amount of control and are useless in obedience training.

What is the actual percentage of the hydrocarbons lost as glycerin in the transesterfication process? Does this loss warrant the conversion cost to WVO grease car configurations in order to use vegetable oil unmodified? Gasification only reclaims 51% of the carbon in the feedstock as syngas that will become synthetic fuel, how does this compare to biodiesel production from vegetable oils when gasification can gasify the entire plant while only a small portion of the plant is vegetable oil? Can the large gasification plants known as "upgraders" used at the tar sands oil plants be converted to gasify trash and dried sewage? What would the transport costs be to bring the trash and dried sewage to the remote locations of the tar sand upgraders? It depends where you are applying to. SATs can save you for sure but only to an extent. For the schools you are applying to, your competition is going to have over a 4.0 with the same SAT scores as you. There's always a chance though!!

i have lower back pain and such and i'm going to physical therapy for my achilles tendonitis and walking problems. i was just sort of running my knuckles up and down my lower back around my lumbar spine and i noticed that as i went up my hand sort of dipped but before the dip was a smooth i dunno what it was.. my physical therapist has worked on that part of my back before so it's proabbly nothing right?

Can I still join the Army even if I take medication?

While I do know that I must be off my meds for a year before I join, is there some way where I can go to BCT this summer, and then finish off my Senior year without meds (which would actually be 12 months until the next summer) and then attend AIT?

Why is my cat obsessed with licking my other cats paws?

My cat, Pancake, about 3 months old, is obsessed with licking my other cats paws, Jasper, about 5-6 months old. She gets really into it, like they are the most deliious things in the world, she purrs really loudly when she does it too. When I pick her up and mover he away from Jasper she runs back and continues to lick Jaspers paws. Why is this?

My dog was attacked at a dog park for ignoring the dog?

Last week I took my girl to the dog park for some exercise and all was going well until another dog came in. He was plainly dominant (by his posturing and behavior) and all of the other dogs submitted to him but my dog ignored him and ran around with her toy in her mouth, playing with me. She tried to avoid him when he tried to control her...but he eventually attacked her. Both dogs were fine but I'm wondering if he attacked her because she wasn't paying attention to his dominance or just because she's so full of energy/anxiety that he was trying to correct/control her. If it helps any, it was an non-neutered young Rottweiler male, and my dog is a 2 yr old spayed German Shepherd. She never tried to fight back until he suddenly knocked her over and started to fight with her. I'm thinking he was simply out of control, but I want to make sure my dog wasn't in the wrong either since he only attacked her (again, she was the only dog to pay no attention to his antics, but she also seems to be the most unstable dog there sometimes--she's not aggressive or anything, just anxious and hyper). Please, no mean replies, I really would like to know for sure. It's not the first time she has been attacked. I'm not mad at the owner or anything- scuffles are to be expected at dog parks.

I straighten my hair almost everyday. About halfway through the day it starts to curl up on the ends. It has the same effect with and with out hairspray. We have a really good straightener too. 100% ceramic with pivoting plates (around $150). Please help.
